By accessing or using the CORE AI Persona Insight platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform.
CORE AI Persona Insight grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your personal or internal business purposes. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the service without our express written permission. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Tokens are the unit of currency used to request reports on the CORE AI platform. Subscription tokens are allocated monthly and expire at the end of each billing period. Purchased token packs are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Tokens are non-refundable except in the specific case of a rejected report due to our quality standards not being met.
The CORE AI platform, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by CORE AI Ltd and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Report outputs generated by our system are licensed to you for your personal and internal business use. You may not redistribute, resell, or publish report outputs without written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CORE AI Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
