CORE AI Persona Insight is committed to developing and deploying artificial intelligence responsibly, transparently, and in a manner that respects human dignity and autonomy. We believe that AI-powered tools for human assessment carry significant ethical responsibilities, and we take those responsibilities seriously.
Every report generated by CORE AI must pass through human expert review before delivery. We do not deliver AI-only outputs. This mandatory human review layer exists to catch errors, apply contextual judgement, and ensure that every report reflects both machine efficiency and human wisdom. This is non-negotiable and will not change.
We actively work to identify and mitigate demographic and cultural bias in our AI models. Our training datasets are reviewed regularly for representation imbalances. We benchmark outputs across age, gender, ethnicity, and cultural backgrounds and apply bias correction where disparities are identified. This is an ongoing process; we do not claim our system is bias-free, but we are committed to continuous improvement.
Reports are behavioural guidance tools only and not medical or psychiatric diagnoses. CORE AI reports should never be used as the sole basis for high-stakes decisions including employment termination, medical treatment, legal proceedings, or any decision that could materially harm an individual. Our reports are designed to supplement — not replace — human judgement and established professional assessment practices.
We will always be transparent about what our AI can and cannot do. We will not make unfounded claims of accuracy. We will publish updates to our methodology as our system evolves. We welcome scrutiny from independent researchers and ethicists and engage with academic institutions studying the intersection of AI and human behavioural science.
